PHILOSOPHY – The project wants to be an eye-catching point for the city of Torino. The pavillon has the appeal for attract the attention of the people, architects artists and everyone could be involved by the XXIII UIA world congress of architecture. The info point will have all the characters to be a living icon in the earth of the city: the exterior recalls one of the most famous architecture of the city: the MOLE ANTONELLIANA; it’s OPENED to the city, using a glass wall it’s possible to have a great iside-outiside interaction it’s DYNAMIC, using a banner sistem for the light control it’s EVERCHANGING, with fluid internal spaces and the possibility of change the external/internal look CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM – The building is conceived to be dismaintable, the structure scheme is designed to be easily settled-up. The main structure is composed by steel beam that permits to avoid pillars. The section shows the components of the pavement and the cover. All the thecnical systems, the toilet and other systems are concentrated in a core that permits to have an efficient use of the spaces and distribution pipes. BUDGET – The budget could be estimated in a total of € 71.500,00 this value could be modified according to the different finishing and materials choosen by the committent: Structure – realyzing and assembling steel beams: € 25.000 – secondary structure: € 8.000 Thecnical systems – power system: € 3.500 – idraulic system: € 4.000 Finishing Floor, toilets, bar utilities, ceiling and furnishing: € 11.000 Glass Wall Costs must be better estimated by the type of glass: € 13.000 Exterior Panels system and roof totem: € 7.000

Most important is the control of the BPB Italia IGNIVER for fire protection of the steel structures SA 125/75 for the wall systems GYPTONE and RASOCOTE 5 for the finishing of superficies ISOVER Isover products for floating floor and ceiling WEBER Weber products for colours threatment, finishing and levelling All the used materials must be ecofriendly with a certificated production system. The building must guarantee low emissions using natural ventilation and an efficient elettric thecnology.
