The objective of the procurement is to engage competence in consultancy and engineering design for the field Landscape architecture in such a way that the Property department in an efficient and rational way is able to be in charge of administration, management, maintenance and development of the buildings so that these are at all time adapted the University of Bergen’s primary activities; research and education. The University of Bergen is in constant change and will therefore require adaptation and reconstruction of buildings and premises in order to arrange the physical conditions in the best possible manner for the various entities. The changes will often be defined as urgent. The service provider shall undertake consultancy and engineering design for the field Landscape architecture for assignments in connection with reconstructions, refurbishing, restorations, upgrading and maintenance. Properties included in the agreement are mainly used as offices, laboratories, education rooms, libraries and museums. Several of the buildings are protected, of whom approx. 30 buildings shall be handled as listed.
