The Council of the London Borough of Ealing invites you to tender for the contract to provide services of Conservation Architects, Structural Engineers and M&E Consultants and to act as Lead Consultants for the redevelopment of Gunnersbury Park House and Museum and park landscape. All bids must cover each of the services included within the Design Team specification. This could be done by way of a single company or by a consortium of companies. Consortia should be led by the Accredited Conservation Architects as lead consultants and must make clear their proposed team structure and the proposed arrangements for client contact. All bidders must be able to demonstrate experience of working as part of a large multi-disciplinary project team on large HLF Grant projects accessible to the public.
