K I G A Schukowitzgasse – with a veranda like an additional room in the greenery and a terrace as big as a garden.
The design enhances the narrow site with spatial complexity and a big variety of outdoor spaces.
Orientation of the group-rooms
The six group-rooms are bright and optimally exposed to the sun. All have direct exit to the exterior.
Three group-rooms are situated on the ground floor, directed to the west with exit to the garden.
Three group-rooms are situated on the first floor, directed to the south and a big terrace which is connected to the garden beneath.
