A site situated between an urban/rural condition. Out of the confrontation of these two opposite entities emerges the project, where nature is not confined, but transformed, inhabited.

The program is organized from an urban mixed use front, dense and complex, that gradually merges with the landscape. From this front, shops, educational, cultural facilities and parking spaces, are grouped underneath rows of individual houses. In transition to the south, a green area of public use, a meeting place, for leisure, sport, etc.

Finally, slender collective housing volumes alter as landscape elements with “free structures” (urban plantations, temporary and alternative activities, future higher density).

The typological units are conceived as modules able to adapt to individual and collective use and the required floor ratio is reached with a minimal environmental imprint. The program and its position are not rigid or static but adaptable to new demands, divisible by phases, lots, groups.

Built and free areas, public spaces, common green, private areas, gardens and plantations are linked with a common language: an urban landscape.
