The project consist of a production facility and shop for apples and other fruits. The entire structure consists of prefabricated elements and is designed and built using passive house technology. These structures are ultra-low energy buildings that require no heating or cooling by orienting the building and openings strategically and reducing heat transfer through the walls, roof and floor with the use of superinsulation and andvanced window technology significantly compared to conventional buildings.
