Bratislava Culenova New City Centre

The project’s goal is to create part of the «new city centre» with quality urban spaces and architecture, while accommodating more than 120 000 m² of offices, residences, retail and cultural buildings. Surrounded by an attractive neighborhood and serviced by a pedestrian access to the medieval part of the city of Bratislava, the competition site calls for the provision to expand into the city’s former industrial area. This area is considered to be one of the last vacant plots in the central part of the city suitable for large scale projects and urban interventions.
