The site for the complex is a narrow stretch of land between a private airfield and a highway. 
As a respond to the tight site constraints the master plan design is compact and clear in its organization and direction. The strong north-south axis is intersected by screens of trees running in east west direction. The trees define the space, they will mark change while walking perpendicular to the tree lines over the boulevard and thus interrupt the monotonous character of the wide open soccer pitches.

The MLT Soccer Accommodation is the heart of the sports venue, centrally located along the boulevard opposite the main field. The changing rooms for the players are located below grade accessed by wide sets of steps on either lateral face of the building. The boulevard facing the lounge becomes the terrace that unites players and supporters. Visitors are welcomed by the tribune atop, highlighting the aligned soccer fields in the landscape below the road, an attractive though simple sign of the park ‘La Tuilière’ as the promoter of sports.
