One construction company headquarters has a set of complex and interdependent relationships, to which joins the difficulty of everything being big and having the need for changes and additions. So instead of trying to control the program we wanted to control the links between. The main building is a path of two storey with a U glass facade, to which are coupled the department buildings. The stable and linear building is opposed by the diverse and irregular volumes for the functioning of the complex. The plan was not done in its final form, because it was conceived from a small plot of land, increasing now with new land acquisitions. This concept allows the construction project to relate to the new needs, while maintaining an overall image.

Um estaleiro tem um conjunto de relações complexas e interdependentes, aos quais se junta a dificuldade de tudo ser grande e de ter necessidades de mudanças e ampliações. Por isso em vez de tentar controlar o programa pretendemos controlar as ligações. O edifício principal é um percurso de dois pisos revestido em vidro U, ao qual são acoplados os edifícios de departamentos. À forma estável e linear do percurso opõem-se os volumes diversos e irregulares para o funcionamento do complexo. Como o conjunto não foi feito na sua forma final, porque se constituiu a partir de uma pequena parcela de terreno, vai aumentando com as novas aquisições. Este conceito de projecto permite que a construção se molde às novas necessidades, mantendo sempre uma imagem de conjunto.
