This is the most important project in quantitative and qualitative terms promoted by the Government of Navarre. The project includes halls of different sizes (1,600 spectators / 600 spectators / and 4 of 300 spectators), an exhibition area of 5,000 m2 and restaurant areas with a total public surface of 1,500 m2. Also service zones (storage, etc.) and office areas. The proposal, given the great significance of the site chosen for its location, an area of transition in the historic core of the city and bordering on the magnificent Renaissance fortress, is developed with a keen awareness of the capacity of a building of this magnitude to transform the city. Instead of an autonomous architectural perspective, the solution chosen consists of a piece that manages to integrate an ambitious idea in terms of urban scale.
