The building is located in the center of historic urban structure of Krakow , situated at the corner of Pilsudski street and Straszewski street.

This is exposed location close to the Jagiellonian University , the Royal Castle of Wawel and on way to the Main Market Square.

Dense line of surrounding buildings and capacity of the neighbouring urban blocs determinate function as apartment house with commercial space on the ground floor.

The overall dimensions of the projecting apartments house will complete the character of surrounding buildings .

By the historical “context” architects decide to use natural and typical elevation ceramic materials similar to ones applied in the surrounding buildings .

These materials will be treated in modern way and they will give the opportunity of new perception.

Project suppose fourteen apartments on six floors , commercial space on the ground floor and technical space in the basement.
