This building is to be plotted in a compact and consolidated urban front, although each one of the narrow buildings has its particularities. The intervention proposal intends to assume and consolidate the drawing structure of the urban front, adapting the building to uses and behavior of contemporaries’ life. However it is tried to reinvent the drawing approach, in the redesign of the balconies. While, traditionally balconies are elements projected to the street, in this intervention proposal balconies are removed from the construction volume. The common and socialization spaces of the building and the apartments, are sent backwards, foreseeing the increase significant of the permeable area (currently practically inexistent), that will provide one better use of
