We were asked to conceive an economic house for a young couple, that should assure a living/ supper and kitchen and two rooms, an adjacent office served by house of common bath and one room of couple. In it digs, garage and storage The context where if it points out the land is distinguished for the narrow and winding road tracings, for the occupation of small spots of construction, for the presence of great tree masses and many agricultural parcels. We are before an urbanistically delicate zone, of agricultural characteristics, what it conditions the space and formal composition of the building. The land is of modest dimensions (526 m2). The North and the West are involved for agricultural lands and the Spring and the South for two public ways.

Of the reading of the program before the intervention area, the necessity became clear to free land for expansion of the house to the exterior, being submitted it it the minimum of occupation of the lot and to the obligator removal of 7 meters to the axle of the way. The house backed against it the extreme North of the land, closing itself it the precarious urbanity of the small farm, exploring the maximum height allowed by the Municipal Plan with neighbouring lands (4 m). The topography grows in volume following initially and being convulsed themselves in the interior direction of the lot, towards the Sun and the landscape. The gradual form of the volume is the immediate expression of the interior space organization of housing, establishing one promenade since the quota lowest – the street – through a short throwing of stairs,
