The estate, of 623.70m2, is a “apple head” reason why it counts on three fronts and two pancoupés, this condition allows that all the departments (27 in total) count with view in the outside as well as in the central patio of the building.

The 27 departments are distributed in six levels, first of which it is located to a height of 1.50m over the level of Av. San Antonio´s sidewalk. The six levels of departments conform a “horseshoe” that gives origin to a generous internal patio oriented to the east whose dimensions are 15m of length x 10m of wide approximately. Counts also with two parking levels, which conform the building plinth and you can access them in an independent way.

The buildings peatonal access is located in the west flank, is a double height space in which interior the stairs are located to connect the street with the first level. In the central part of the “horseshoe” contains the vertical circulation nucleus. To a flank the inner patio is located with aprox.156m2 covered with black quarry, equipped with gardenings and benches of diverse dimensions and materials.

The buildings outer image is a asymmetric volume that conserves the same cloth in all levels. The windows and balconies arranged in a random way, combined with the buildings asimetric height offers dynamism to the set. The asymmetric contour of the building is obtained by means the roof parapetss heights game.

Of the 27 departments, 15 count with two levels which separates the public area of the private area of each unit, these departments are identified like Types A, B, D, F and G. C. The departments type A, B, F and G are located by pairs in the end of each level, towards South and North flanks respectively. You can access by the inner stairs and a service nucleus conformed by a toilet, the washing area and the kitchen, same that has view to the inner patio, in front to this last one is the living-dinning room with view to the outside of the building. The stairs ascend to the private area.

The department type D is a prototype, located in levels 1 and 2, in the center of the west flank the of the set, the access is by the high plan, in front to the services nucleus conformed by the kitchen and washing area, towards the right of the access is the living-dinning room and the TV room, to a flank of this space are the stairs that lower to the level which lodges the complete bath and the firing chamber and a small private room.

The 12 remaining departments are identified like Type C and E, of one level. These departments are located in the buildings corners this is why they count with view to the streets that delimit the land. In the departmentss access there is a lobby that it distributes, in front to the access, the private area where the main firing chamber is located with a walking closet and bath, the secondary firing chamber with closet and an independent complete bath. Towards pancoupé is the public area conformed by the living-dinning room, the kitchens nucleus and area of washing.
