The corner house on the Yves Kermen square is in a position of articulation, as border between worlds. That of an established urban morphology, the rhythms of the city, from walking around, that of change, of a territory to become a landscape marked by new office buildings, homes and gardens leading to the new park.

Our project collects stories, became a landmark for the neighborhood, a hybrid building, empathize with his identity. The building tells this story, that of a human landscape, from factories and warehouses drawing “field sheets” to the urban gardens of a city building nature.

Two identities meet, mingle as inseparable: The minerality of writing a new urban centrality of active, dense, mixed, and that of the milky skin of façades, and that of a vertical landscape revealing a natural setting near.

In this landscape, stacked townhouses unveil a new way of living, pleasures, transparencies, or manufactures a landscape architecture between artifice and nature.
