WOODEN OFFICES

We wanted a building that is inscribed clearly and harmoniously in the typology of an Alsatian village. Proofreading elements borrowed from the surrounding traditional architecture, such as the gear on the street as a result of a farm, the vacuum created between the new building and its neighbors, the simplicity of volumes or the end of the plot by a sandstone wall street, is both a respectful integration into its fabric while asserting its own identity and contemporary.

The new building is both radical in his architectural registration, frank and friendly to its environment. Entering the building, the dobble orientated copper box reveals to us a patio which is extending the space of the neighborhood courtyard. Beyond the effects of transparency throughout the building, the patio also offers the necessary tree perimeter needed for its natural deployment.

The implementation of three professional activities in the heart of the village allows the upgrading of existing tissue, the dynamics of business brought to the town center participates in a mixed urban and social area.
