The building is located in an untouched area at Kaz Mountain. The most important design criteria was to preserve the nature and existent ecological system. The closed space area is 100 m2 and the open space area is 70 m2.

After a 2 weeks preparation period at the atelier, the construction period took 5 weeks with low coast. The front facade is transparent and the other facades are covered with timber. The construction system is an improved version of a special design which was tested for our other buildings like Fethiye Marina and Esit Administrative Building before.
