This building exists at a defining position for METU techno-city, so that its perception from the west door and its visual effect becomes an important design criteria.The simplebuilding form and the facade system make a changing effect, according to changing day-night and weather conditions.The center of the building brings inner and outer circulation anddifferent functions together. Basic design criterias are, easy construction, low cost, wholeness of inner and outer space and relationship between daylight and depth of space.
