The site is located in the area where nature and city fused and a characteristic beautiful scene is made. When we try to make a place of activity in this site, our intention is to make a new center promoting activity for the surrounding area with an apparent natural shape. Group of pyramid-shape terraced builidings reduce the oppressive feeling despite a huge floor areas, and create new icon in this area with a lot of parks and pedestrian decks which are covered around the whole of site.

Each mountain has a deck terrace with panoramic view and one big space in its center so that all of the rooms get outside view and open terrace and every mountain has a large social program inside.

All functions – hotel, housing, shops, offices, sports facilities and the others – have their own entrance to the site and access route to control them each other easily, but public routes – a series of parks on the ground and web of decks – are coverd with whole of the site so that the tourists and users grasp the figure of this place with ease and feel this buildings like one landscape. In addition, there is access to the Tamula beach and the other open spaces easily from everywhere inside once users enter the site.
