The 4 stories building combined with retail and office. 1st and 2nd floors are for the retail, 3rd and 4th are for the office, so the building divided into 2 parts vertically. Also it is divided into 8 parts horizontally. Then 16 tenants appear in the building elevation. Each tenant has 3m, 3.5m or 4m depth peripheral space, and they create the uneven façade. Lower retail part, peripheral duplex spaces are consisted of the entrance box and showcase box fixed on the 1st floor. Upper office part, peripheral duplex spaces are consisted of the meeting box hanged from the roof floor.

East side of the building faces to the street, and the west side faces to the courtyard of the New Sanlitun area. We put the entrances of the both side on the same axis in order to attract the pedestrians. Each building core includes 2 lifts and stairs because the building vertically separated 2 functions.
