The architectural project has like the mainly questions the irregular form of the site, in a corner and with a high slope, problems which developed areas that are difficult to use, and a long briefing to address the activities of trade and technical assistance to the store vehicles. Furthermore, it was the desire of the client that the building features contemporary esthetics and functionality. Then, the architects decided to work with large glass panels allied with concrete and metal structure.

To give visual unity to the building, the steel structure anchored to the facade of glass was stretched until to the bottom of the land, where there is a block of concrete. This extension maintained the triangular geometry, rising up a building of three floors with a form of an irregular prism. This action serves to highlight the face of prismatic glass in which is located the showroom vehicles. The plastic solution was adapted to the plants that should take care of all necessary activities.
