A court house represents the power of justice. The most important architectural challenge in this proposal was to translate words like justice, fairness, equality, liability, dignity into language of architectural signs. Powerful and clear form of main facade is a modern interpretation of the heritage of the signs associated with justice. The building steps back from the main street line preserving the existing tree avenue creating space for the main public entrance.

The functional scheme is highly compact and determines three strictly separated areas for the visitors, judges and convoys. The court rooms are placed in the middle of the building to get secure and convenient access for judges as well as visitors.
