The project was created from the symbolic idea of the social growth and the architectural development of Dubai. It is up to symbolize, in its broad outlines, a form of creative extension, a realization that abstract suited to the present and the future for further developments on the ground. This is a symbolism that can be identified into a “desert flower” continually in progress.
