THE PROJECT The project takes inspiration from the human body and his needs. Like a man that could feel cold the starting shape, a box, starts to move and to break its solid corner and edges to assume a new configuration. This kind of movement is set to aquire a new spatial order, designed by each traslated floor around a center point, the vertical connection box. On this shape , like a pullover on a man , from the top a big protection shell come to cover and starts to adapt his shape to the underneath one. After this phase, the shape get locked on the floors and the space genereated between the inner shape and the shell is defined. The ground floor has no shell , it only has glass wall to allow the exibition of products and to get waliking people interested in looking inside. MATERIALS Shell – grid zinc metal prepared not to change color, gray. Structure – concrete and steel Walls – glass walls panel , public areas transparency with text and graphics on ; private areas 50% transparency. Floors – industrial concrete with sweeping reduction (parking) – industrial resin floor (shops) – resin floors with color (offices) – wood floors and stones (apt.) Light – low absorbtion light autoadaptive and self regulating (offices) – led and par light with dimmer mixer (shops) – hot light neon and led lights (apt.)
