“A Building” project purpose is to obtain a solid body exposed to the city with a central area dedicated to be a public park. Such location will be a space open to the city, provided with an access to a pair of roof gardens by means of an indipendent lift system. A place created in order to find relax, stroll or sip tea. A small OASIS building in the center of Tehran, able to keep together both functions: working and leasure activities. The green area of 300 sqm, required by the rules, has been intended as a courtyard enclosed by the architecture itself, a park protected from the metropolis but in the same time open to it trought the roof gardens development.

Parking areas with about 80 parking lots and three warehouses are located in the underground floors. The first basement level is accessible by a car lift in order to keep as much as possible of the ground floor area, while the further levels are reached by two one way car ramps.

On the above ground floors are situated shops, offices and apartments.

Located at ground floor and first floor three duplex commercial units, faced both to the streets and the courtyard and provided with internal stairs, service units and service lifts.

Open spaces to configurate office departments with meeting rooms diveded by glass partitions. Different workstation typologies allow maximum flexibility in managing the space.

The top floor apartments are totally equipped, including roof terraces from which admire the city view. Patios offer unexpected and suggestive light.
