A prequalification and architect contest shall be held for a new building for public activities at Leüthenhaven in Trondheim. After the architect contest has been completed, the project will be continued with a sketch project/simplified preliminary project, working out the basis for the turnkey contract and construction. It is assumed that the winner of the architect contest will be transported to the turnkey contractor as agreed. The contest is subject to the administrative and political authorities’ consideration of the initiative.

Time-limit for receipt of projects or requests to participate 10.6.2011 – 15:30

Participating architect offices will receive 250 000 NOK excluding VAT in participation fees for complete received and accepted contest contributions.
