Detail plan for and design of “Kunnskaps- og kulturtorget” (the Knowledge and Cultural Square) by Hasbergtjerndalen-Kirketorget in Kongsberg centre West, combined teaching building, culture building and administration building where a joint usage building can be placed, in total 20 000-25 000 m2 within the project area. In addition, a foot bridge shall be visible over Numedalslågen towards “Undervisningstorget” (the Education Market) in the centre East, as well as conceptual studies for the integration of other functions, like student housing, sports facilities, businesses, etc. See attached map.

Criteria for the selection of participants: Architect business with VAT/tax certificate. References from equivalent work. Documented professional breadth within supplier’s own company or co-operating environment, see attached detailed list of criteria.

All selected participants will receive 300 000 NOK when we receive approved entries. The winner will be awarded 300 000 NOK after the jury has completeed their work.
